Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Lupus Foundation of America, Southeast Florida Chapter, Inc., from all cost, expense and liability arising out of my or my child's participation in this event. I hereby waive all claims for damage or loss to me or my child's person or property which may be caused by an act, or failure to act, by the Lupus Foundation, its officers, agents or employees arising directly or indirectly from my or my child's participation in this event. I hereby assume liability for any loss, damage or other liability from this event. I grant full permision for organizers to use photos, videos, film or any other record of this event in which I may appear for any legitimate purpose.
